Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

Hi, we stayed there Feb 1, 2026 and were very pleased with the staff, very helpful. The gentleman at the front desk help us to order a Uber, info us on the local restaurants, and where to get a bottle of wine. The breakfast was very good and hot. The hotel was very clean. We would come back and stay again.

Ive been to many hotels traveling for my job but the bar really made it incredible. Fran the bartender is great. He remembers everything and is so prompt to help and provide direction on where to go and what to do that I had an amazing time. Wonderful job.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times as airline crew and as a tourist. Every time I’ve felt welcome, and received great treatment from Bella at the front desk. She made sure I had a great time during my short stay in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is really clean, breakfast is fresh and the staff are superb. Greatly recommended!

Isabella (Bella) was honestly such a pleasure to interact with. She’s incredibly friendly and made everything feel easy from the start. She helped me extend my day without any hassle and shared so much helpful information along the way. I liked her recommendations so much that I ended up signing up for Marriott Bonvoy just because of her. Truly great service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything about our experience here was AWESOME! No issues at all. From Alexandra taking care of us when we checked in to the gentlemen that stored our luggage for us. From the moment upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the manager, Keisha. While checking in a third party called to confirm I arrived but would not give details of which company they were calling from. Keisha made sure to keep my information private until they confirmed their identity… which they later called with proper identification. Ellen (?) at the front desk the next morning was polite she graciously asked if she could book my shuttle with Tim, who safely carried me to the airport. They were very accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. Thank you to all the staff at Four Points Sheraton in Ft. Lauderdale.

From the moment I arrived, Alex greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and handled my check-in efficiently and professionally. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about the airport shuttle and local recommendations with patience and enthusiasm. What stood out most was Alex's attentiveness—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even anticipating needs I hadn't mentioned. Her positive energy and friendly demeanor turned a standard hotel arrival into a welcoming experience that set the tone for a great trip. The hotel itself is conveniently located for airport and cruise port access, with clean rooms and good amenities, but Alex's outstanding service is what I'll remember most. Highly recommend this property, and a big shoutout to Alex—she's a star! I'd definitely stay here again.

I'd the most tremendous experience with Bella at front desk about 2 weeks ago~ finally getting to writing this~ but wanted to share how friendly, personable and above and beyond, she went to assist me. Made the visit, easier and stress free which for me means, worth it; because of Bella I will choose this location again. Thank you!
